I am an educational psychologist, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, author, and teacher. My goal is to help clients balance their priorities, particularly when it comes to their athletic goals.
Educational psychology is the study of learning—how we do it, what influences it, and how we can make it stick. I have used my background in the field in many professional environments, and I can use it to help you develop strategies for meeting your athletic, professional, and interpersonal goals. As a seasoned competitor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I know what it means to train hard and make sacrifices for my sport.
I know firsthand how difficult it can be to balance your priorities. I am on my own journey, following my passions, finding balance, and consciously shaping my life the way I want it to be. You can read about my experience in my book Training Wheels and other publications. Let me use my experience and training to help you live a life of accomplishments rather than fear and doubt.
